Job Title: Executive Assistant, Operations

Hilton Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations, Australasia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Vice President's diary and travel arrangements, as well as providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Vice President's diary and travel arrangements
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
  • Assisting with project work, including supporting the Regional Team as required
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with team members, owners, and guests
  • Managing general office administration for the Regional Office

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Professional communication and people skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different time and task management demands
  • Executive level computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
