We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Melbourne and may involve occasional domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to support business growth.
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance.
  • Driving and monitoring the success of all digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media accounts, user database, and CRM.
  • Developing original digital content and localizing existing global content for campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Responsible for the execution and management of audiences and journeys built in our customer data platform.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field, along with significant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship and management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing cloud or customer data platform solution (e.g., Salesforce) to build and enrich customer profiles for omnichannel marketing.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong technology, analytics, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Search Engine and Social Media Advertising, Marketing Automation, Search Engine Optimization, CRM User Segmentation & Personalisation, Website CMS, User Database, Google Data Studio, Power BI, SQL, Customer data platform, Google Analytics.
