Lead a Brand-New Centre with Us

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our brand-new Tarneit Unity Park Centre. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, staff, and the community.

The Opportunity
  • Oversight of centre activities including staff management, budget planning, and effective communication with families, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with the Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and provide quality care and education for children, families, and staff.
  • Nurturing a positive culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Manager.
  • Leadership experience in a startup or brand-new centre is highly regarded.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and education.
