We are looking for a dynamic Product Growth Manager to help make it easy for our consultants by growing product attachment within Flight Centre Australia. The successful applicant will analyse and identify business needs and develop and implement strategies to address these needs in conjunction with the Product and Supplier Leader.

The onsite role can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or South Bank, QLD.

**Primary Accountabilities & Objectives**
- Working with Product and Supplier Leader to deliver product strategy that meets the needs of our business
- Working with Nation Leaders, Suppliers and internal business to coordinate consumer events
- Act as a central point of contact within FCB AU for store network small-scale sponsorship requests to ensure support is documented and ROI is tracked
- Deploy strategies for nations, areas and stores with at risk/below average product segment/branded product attachment in collaboration with business leaders
- Working with the Learning and Development to ensure the most impactful product content is included in all levels of consultant training in accordance with the Product Strategy
- Work with all areas of the business, including external partners, to collect, collate and verify feedback around current and future state of product offering including product, pricing, support and customer service
- Support the launch of new products or suppliers to ensure effective communication, timely rollout, and alignment on key performance metrics.

**Experience**
- 5+ years industry experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Experience driving a product strategy
