Lead Neurological Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurological Liaison Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Nursing Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Essential Nursing Services: Provide wound care, continence management, palliative support, and other essential services to meet the complex needs of clients.
- Client Support: Offer assessment, advisory, educational, and support services to people with neurological conditions and their families/carers.
- Workload Management: Coordinate and delegate internal referrals, assessing workload and commitments to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Registration: Current registration with the Nurses Board of Western Australia (as an RN).
- Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, full C Class driving licence without restrictions, and Working with Children check.
