About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in Townsville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of functions to achieve results in line with our organisation's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of end of month financials
  • Experience and competence at an advanced level in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of job costing processes
  • High understanding of the operation of different awards, including SCHADS, Aged Care, Nursing, Education and Health Professionals awards
About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; capacity to interact with staff at all levels and to work effectively and manage a team
  • High level organisational, administrative and project management skills, including the ability to set priorities against competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Business, Finance or Commerce
  • 5+ years experience
  • CPA, CA, or ACCA (highly desirable)
  • A current minimum P1 'C' class Queensland driver's licence
  • A currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (ability to obtain)
  • A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
