Job Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated and results-driven professional. As Spare Parts & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting inventory management by identifying and resolving issues.

About the Position:

  • Main Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by checking stock transfers and cycle counts, investigate and report any stock discrepancies, raise purchase orders including parts and services to customers through SAP, and perform data entry into a business-specific program (such as Servicemax, LGX, SAP).
  • Customer Service Skills: Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ensure swift resolution of customer issues and complaints, and increase and maximise all sales opportunities through a high level of customer service.
  • Research Analysis: Utilize advanced understanding and use of sourcing techniques and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with excellent CMMS system knowledge (Preferably ServiceMax or SAP FSM), strong MS Word and Excel capabilities, proven customer service experience, and inventory control understanding.
  • SAP knowledge and experience, preferred, not essential.
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience, preferred, not essential.
  • Forklift license preferred, not essential.
