Senior Technical Drafter

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney, NSW or Brisbane, QLD. The primary focus of this role is to provide technical and engineering design input.
As a Senior Design Drafter, you will work on high-voltage infrastructure projects including substations, grid connections, wind farms, and battery storage systems.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results that meet standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and engineering design input for high-voltage infrastructure projects.
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers in resolving technical project queries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation software.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Designer Drafter specialising in High Voltage Primary Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with client engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to interpret and implement design information from Primary Design, Civil Design, and Project Engineers.
