About Our Client


Our client, a leading industrial steel manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their Pinelands distribution centre in the Northern Territory.


The Role


Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and providing support with forklifts, machinery, and data entry tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse labour processes and a keen eye for detail.


Working Conditions


You will work predominantly during daytime hours, but flexibility is required to accommodate morning and afternoon shifts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.


What We Offer


This casual position offers a competitive hourly rate of $42.50-$47.50 per hour, depending on experience. You can expect 38 hours of work per week, with opportunities for ongoing employment and potential permanent placement.


Key Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • a strong track record in a similar supervisory position, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting;
  • demonstrated people skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • a safety-first mentality and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment;
  • a valid manual driver's licence and forklift operation certification;
  • basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software.
