**Student Wellbeing Specialist Position Overview:**
Become a key contributor to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment at Benalla P-12 College.
This role requires a highly skilled professional to oversee student welfare on campus, working closely with teachers, school leaders, and external agencies.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing wellbeing programs, management strategies, and effective solutions to cater for the diverse needs of students.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school leaders to promote positive student outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and review wellbeing initiatives addressing health, personal development, and academic success.
- Work in partnership with the school nurse and external support services to address student welfare concerns.
- Coordinate referrals to external agencies for additional support.
