Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Software Development Manager to make a meaningful impact on our development practices and solutions. The successful candidate will have a related degree in Information Technology with at least four years subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and management expertise in technical fields.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the development of enterprise application systems using relational database management and web development technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing DevSecOps practices to enhance technology landscapes.
  • Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on development standards and practices.

Requirements

  • A related degree in Information Technology with at least four years subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and management expertise in technical fields, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
