About the Role

This full-time, permanent role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Australia involves providing exceptional support to our customers through email channels.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Replying to customer inquiries and guiding them through the fundraising process.
  • Reviewing campaigns before they go live to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve the product.
  • Brainstorming ways to enhance the customer experience.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic web coding knowledge (HTML & CSS).
  • Experience in debugging API, integration, and webhook issues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate product processes and advocate for improvements.
  • Collaboration skills and willingness to learn.
