About the RoleThis full-time, permanent role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Australia involves providing exceptional support to our customers through email channels.
The key responsibilities include:
- Replying to customer inquiries and guiding them through the fundraising process.
- Reviewing campaigns before they go live to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve the product.
- Brainstorming ways to enhance the customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Basic web coding knowledge (HTML & CSS).
- Experience in debugging API, integration, and webhook issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate product processes and advocate for improvements.
- Collaboration skills and willingness to learn.
