Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to the corporate technology portfolio by providing analysis expertise to process, people and technologies. This includes idea shaping and cost analysis.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver expert analysis across process, people and technology, as well as clear documentation of processes, problem statements and requirements.

This position reports to the IT Director and involves working with various stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant business analysis experience within a complex technology landscape
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups across multiple locations
  • Ability to work across legacy on-premise and cloud-based systems
  • Experience within Healthcare is advantageous
  • Experience with Workday and D365 highly regarded

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
