The client's SAP suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector, along with the SAP S/4 HANA finance, business, and logistics solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and management of solutions, identifying and managing risks and issues.
  • Analyse business requirements and system specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Solve complex system and technological problems to provide innovative solutions.
  • Develop system architecture and design specifications in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Consult with business owners for ongoing enhancement and development of corporate system applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and support in quality reviews of deliverables.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP solutions, IT innovation, and business needs.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in delivering complex SAP solutions across finance/supply chain modules.
  • Understanding of Health and/or ERP initiatives, including General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Accounting and Budgeting, Asset Management, Real Estate, Inventory Management, Operational Procurement, and Extended Warehouse Management.
  • Ability to translate complex SAP concepts to achieve business outcomes.
  • Extensive architectural experience, including mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in highly integrated ERP environments as part of large-scale transformations.
  • Expert knowledge in integration strategies and solution architecture.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in similar roles.
Evaluation Criteria:
  • Ability to perform effectively within a large, complex ICT environment.
  • Leadership and architectural design skills in integrated ERP solutions.
  • Expertise in SAP solutions and systems integration.
  • Ability to incorporate emerging technologies into architectural frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
