Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a progressive home builder, we prioritize high-quality construction, efficient build times, and exceptional customer service.
The Opportunity: This role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
- C coordinate communication between clients and the construction team across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, construction) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Maintain a client-centric approach, contributing to client satisfaction and project success.
- A minimum of 1+ year of relevant residential building industry experience.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to work.
