We are seeking a highly motivated and degree-qualified Structural Engineer to join our team as a Graduate/Junior Structural Engineer. Our client is a leading manufacturer and installer of insulated, fire-rated, and architectural facade systems, roofing systems, and temperature-controlled facilities.

About the Role

  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand construction standards.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other teams, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Liaise with other teams to discuss products, installation, product, and project requirements.
  • Carry out hands-on structural analysis to ensure the integrity of our clients' projects.
  • Prepare reports and conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of technical standards to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Perform other tasks as defined by the General Manager Engineering.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Have construction industry experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Have a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand construction standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly developed English written and verbal skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of facades and panels is highly regarded.
  • A team player who can function effectively when working autonomously.
  • Positive, driven, and determined.
