The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your exceptional hospitality skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Boardroom Waiter/Barista, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to corporate clients, attending to high-volume coffee orders, and providing food and beverage service for internal meeting rooms.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Full working rights in Australia and a commitment to the role for more than three months.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or Boardroom Waiter in Sydney, specifically in boardroom service and corporate waiter roles within a corporate pantry in Australia.
  • Experience in coffee machine maintenance and grind adjusting.
  • Ability to create latte art.
  • Great organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic and experienced team.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A track record of being reliable, punctual, and dedicated.
  • A strong understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements.
  • An outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts across a 5-day week.
