Engineering Leadership Role

The Engineering Lead role is responsible for providing exceptional engineering leadership to ensure compliance with the highest standards of performance, safety, and technical expertise.

This role involves leading the Engineering Services team, maintaining program documentation, providing technical governance, monitoring compliance with contracted KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Leading a system safety engineer, senior logistics engineer, cybersecurity engineer, and configuration management specialists.
  • Providing engineering governance and oversight to ensure activities comply with the Engineering Management System.
  • Monitoring and reporting on engineering and configuration management metrics.

A University degree in Engineering with a significant component of Electrical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience, and tertiary qualification sufficient to attain recognition as a Chartered Professional Engineer.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the Defense and Space Manufacturing industry.
