Business Solutions Manager, Pacific

This is a high-impact leadership role that oversees the development of innovative banking solutions for clients in the Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in banking, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to articulate business value to stakeholders.

This position requires close collaboration with sales, services, and product teams to design and deliver tailored software solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

  • Lead and mentor a team of banking domain consultants to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Develop and position banking solutions that address client needs, resolve business challenges, deliver tangible value, and align with market trends.
  • Create compelling value propositions that highlight return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with a strong background in business solutions and consulting.
  • Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.
  • Strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.
