Guest Service and Night Audit Professional

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service and Night Audit professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standard of service is maintained while providing exceptional guest experiences.

The primary objective of this role is to anticipate and meet the needs and desires of hotel guests, communicate effectively with various departments, and adhere to established policies and procedures.

  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs: Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations by proactively addressing their requirements.
  • Efficient check-in and check-out process: Ensure smooth transactions and provide warm welcomes or farewells as needed.
  • Accurate transaction processing: Process daily guest transactions promptly and accurately to maintain a seamless experience.
  • Collaborative departmental work: Work closely with other departments to prepare rooms for arriving guests and ensure a high level of service.

A successful Guest Service and Night Audit professional must have extensive knowledge of local information, services available at the hotel, and special events taking place. They should also possess a thorough understanding of current room rates and packages.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is crucial, as well as adhering to all operational policies and procedures, including workplace health and safety guidelines. Additionally, they should ensure the protection and maintenance of operating equipment and assist colleagues when required.
