The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end promotional campaigns, supporting the rollout of internal branding, advising stakeholders on best practices, and developing content for various projects across the organization. You will also identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns and collaborate with external stakeholders and agencies when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Manage end-to-end promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the rollout of internal branding and advise stakeholders on best practices.
  • Develop content for various projects across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and agencies from time to time.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant area, a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, both writing and strategy development, and demonstrated experience partnering with various departments. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and engagement abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
