We're currently seeking aproactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisorto join our team at Essendon Fields.
This is a6-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone wishing to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What you will be doing: Partner with hiring managers to uncover their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen and conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring we find the perfect match for each role Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
What we are looking for: No two days are the same in our business, and the role requires agility, resilience, flexibility, pragmatism, customer focus, and a strong work ethic.
You are driven by quality and enjoy working in a large organisation, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
You can demonstrate: Previous experience in talent acquisition, specifically in blue collar/trade industry or agency focus Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); HRIS experience is a plus.
Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
