Job Description:

As a senior business professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, team leadership, and client engagement. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and services to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and developing junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participating in firm-building initiatives, such as recruiting, training, and mentoring programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.

Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Proven experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a top-tier management consulting firm.

Minimum 6 to 10 years' work experience in a rigorous environment, such as a global company or consulting firm.

Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

An innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Strong client consulting and strategic review skills.

Demonstrates experience in strategy and organization effectiveness.
