Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Understanding of Food and Beverage Operations: You will have a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
  • Previous Restaurant Management Experience: You will have at least three years of previous restaurant management experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Relevant Qualifications: You will have a Certificate IV in Hospitality or relevant qualifications in management, such as hospitality management, marketing, or event management.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: You will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: You will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Team: You will be able to work effectively in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
