Seeking a Medical Professional to Enhance Our Emergency Services
Job SummaryCollie Hospital, part of the WA Country Health Service, is recruiting an experienced medical practitioner to join their emergency department team in Collie. This opportunity allows for skill development and qualification growth in a large regional setting.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to patients in our Emergency Department in Collie, with opportunities to expand your work to Bunbury Hospital, supported by WACHS Telehealth Service (ETS)
- Support hospital staff and local general practitioners in providing after-hours and emergency responses to inpatients
- Develop advanced skills in Anaesthetics, Surgery and/or Emergency Medicine
- Mentor the next generation of rural medical practitioners, with opportunities to teach and supervise students in their medical career

- Support to complete a Certificate and/or Diploma in Emergency Medicine, enhancing ability to deliver emergency care

Collie Hospital is a 20-bed inpatient facility with a recently upgraded emergency department and a brand-new theatre complex.
