Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with the workshop and parts departments to provide high-quality services.
  • Meet and exceed manufacturers' CSI targets by delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills.
  • Sound knowledge of automotive technical principles.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a current driver's license are essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
