About the Role

A Service Advisor is required to provide outstanding customer service, coordinate car pick-ups, and communicate with customers about their vehicles.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer car pick-up, cleaning, and delivery times, as well as liaising with customers on estimated completion times, updates, and follow-ups.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as the point of contact between the customer and the workshop.

  • Liaise with customers on estimated completion times, updates, and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices and close allocated repair orders in a timely manner
  • Confidently communicate with customers about their vehicles
Requirements
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience as an automotive service advisor, ideally within a prestigious Automotive Brand
  • Experience with ERAnet/Power
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking disposition
  • Sound organisational skills and time management
