Corporate Training Developer for Australian Defence

As a member of the CAE Australia team, you will be responsible for designing and developing training solutions for various projects. You will work closely with other developers, multimedia specialists, web developers, and subject matter experts to create a range of learning products.
This role is based in Homebush, NSW, and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Australian defence and security. If you have experience working with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and are familiar with training methodologies such as SADL and ADDIE, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse client requirements and develop tailored training solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality learning products
- Conduct training analysis and competency mapping to ensure effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for expansion of CAE Australia's training business
- Cert IV Training and Assessment or similar qualification
- Demonstrated understanding of training methodologies and specifically defence procedures
- Knowledge of computer-based learning training development activities
- Experience working with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF)
- A competitive salary package of AUD $95,000 - $120,000 per annum
