Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to lead our classroom environment and provide high-quality education to our young students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the National Quality Standards and meet the needs of our students.
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services to our students.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in our students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identify areas of need, and develop strategies to support student achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working towards Bachelor or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA or actively working towards ECT qualification.
  • Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to effectively lead a room environment.
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
