About the HVAC Lead Mechanic Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this HVAC leadership position.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of installers and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Determining if all materials and tools are at the worksite ready to use
  • Setting ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment into place
  • Wiring controls
  • Connecting and installing piping and duct
  • Installing indoor and outdoor HVAC units, along with all required duct work
  • Adjusting and balancing distribution systems to achieve maximum energy efficiency
  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

You will be expected to act as an ambassador for our company brand and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License with three years experience
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions for long periods of time
