HVAC Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, connecting, calibrating, and repairing commercial HVAC systems and components. This includes troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality, and providing technical leadership and on-the-job training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair HVAC systems and components to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Accurately document all service work performed, including uploading pictures and detailed notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, ideally in the commercial sector.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
