Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team in a dynamic distribution environment. As the primary point of contact, you will be expected to manage inbound and outbound logistics, reporting, compliance, and project management.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain, Warehouse and Distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage both in-bound and out-bound logistics, reporting, compliance and project management of improvement initiatives.

You should have experience with WMS systems, inventory control, and load planning. Knowledge of 5S lean management, Chain of Responsibility (COR) and load restraint regulations is also essential.

A strong leader with excellent people management skills and experienced coaching and mentoring others to develop and get the best out of the team. You should be highly effective in planning and organisation, with strong time management and coordination skills.

Able to work autonomously as part of a team with a collaborative style, positive, resilient, innovative and challenges the status quo. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, safety-focused, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.

Must have a driver's licence and forklift licence to meet the requirements of the role.
