About the Role

As a Clinical Systems Application Specialist at Metro North Hospital & Health Service, you will play a critical role in delivering the digital transformation strategy for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical expertise in the maintenance and support of clinical systems, including clinical imaging systems and the Metro North vendor neutral archiving platform.
  • Ensure that Digital Metro North services meet the needs of Metro North Health (MNH) by providing expert support, guidance, and coordination to relevant support bodies.
  • Investigate, request changes, and modifications to application modules to address customer needs by participating in application review and evaluation.
  • Provision of application support utilizing Microsoft Windows Server or Linux operating systems and experience with technologies such as server virtualization, load balancing, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, PKI Certificates, HL7 & DICOM.
