We invite applications for a Research Fellow in Health Economics to contribute to high-impact projects focused on the economics of mental health.
The Role- Conduct applied research in health economics, including economic evaluation, cost modelling, and the economics of mental health.
- Support economic analysis of healthcare utilisation, outcomes, and costs using national datasets.
- Develop and apply algorithms for cost-effectiveness analysis, burden of disease, and health system modelling.
- Prepare high-quality manuscripts, reports, and funding proposals.
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, government, and health service partners.
- A relevant qualification in health economics, public health (with strong economics focus), or data science.
- Strong skills in health economic evaluation, statistical programming (R or Stata preferred), and scientific computing.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and written communication skills.
- Experience working with health-related data and modelling methods.
