This company are a leading infrastructure advisory firm with a global presence, providing advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors. They are seeking a highly motivated Junior Economist to join their Melbourne team and contribute to a growing portfolio of projects.

As a Junior Economist, you will be responsible for supporting our team in delivering high-quality economic analysis and advice to our clients. You will work closely with other members of the team to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting economic research and analysis to support infrastructure projects
- Developing and building economic models to assess project feasibility
- Providing advice on economic policy and regulatory frameworks
- Preparing reports, presentations and other deliverables for clients
- Collaborating with other team members to develop project proposals and plans

**Requirements**:

- A degree in economics or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with economic modelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a consulting or advisory environment would be highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
