We're seeking someone who wants to make the world a little better through small moments that leave big impacts.

Your role in our organization

You'll be an integral part of our team, encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to simplify everyday tasks for those we care about.

You will provide high-level support to executives and management in an efficient, confidential and professional manner.

  • Calendar management including internal and external appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Management of committees including agendas, minutes, committee action items
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Call screening and management of urgent requests
  • Reporting and presentation preparation
  • Coordination of events such as functions and workshops as required
  • General/HR administration and office management
Key qualities for success

The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Extensive experience providing executive or senior administrative support
  • Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting is highly valued
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to self-motivate in an autonomous role
  • High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills including accurate typing skills
  • High level initiative and negotiating skills
  • Excellent administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish work priorities in a busy environment
