As a leader in disability support, this role is pivotal to the success of our Ryde service.

About the Role:
  • This position requires a natural leader who can empower individuals with disabilities, guiding clients and mentor staff to ensure consistency and professional boundaries are upheld.
  • The Site Manager will promote a person-centered approach, enabling clients to make choices and exercise control over their lives.
  • This role demands two billable shifts on-site each week.
  • Responsibilities include effective management and daily operations of SIL accommodation services.
  • Foster a positive environment and maintain an open-door policy where staff and clients feel valued and safe.
  • The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing NDIS plans, ensuring clients have a voice and actively supporting their independence, hobbies, and interests.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum Cert 4 qualification in Social Services or a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant disability legislation and standards, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and National Standards for Disability Services.
  • a NSW Drivers License, Current First Aid and CPR certification, and NDISWC and WWCC.
