An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to join the sales team based in the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs.

You will engage with existing customers, build professional relationships, and grow your client base by skillfully fielding telephone enquiries, processing orders and quotes accurately and with attention to detail.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Provide sales support in a similar industry.
- Utilize laboratory experience or technical knowledge of laboratory consumables and equipment to drive sales success.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Employ excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office to manage sales processes efficiently.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, work autonomously, and maintain a positive team attitude.

**Requirements:**

- Sales support experience in a similar industry
- Laboratory experience or technical knowledge of laboratory consumables and equipment
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities, ability to work autonomously, and enthusiastic team attitude
- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
