Job Summary

The Aircraft Maintenance Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. This key position involves developing and coordinating maintenance plans to meet operational priorities.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining short, medium, and long-term maintenance plans to ensure alignment with fleet availability and operational priorities.
  • Collaborating with Operations Control Centre, Airworthiness team members, and contracted AMOs to achieve planned maintenance outcomes.
  • Undertaking specialist projects and engineering administration as required to support fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities

The Aircraft Maintenance Planner will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain aircraft technical records, including logbook entries and maintenance documentation.
  • Verify and update aircraft utilisation data to ensure accurate tracking of hours, cycles, and TTIS.
  • Apply quality assurance principles to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Planning position.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to maintain data integrity in a Maintenance Information System.
  • Demonstrated experience in aviation or aircraft engineering and aircraft maintenance environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory environment for aircraft maintenance and airworthiness control.
