We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Services Manager.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of tailored financial strategies by managing documentation, coordinating account processes, and liaising with platform providers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled individual who values structure and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lodge all documentation to implement advice (SoAs), including applications, rollovers, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring timely submission.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating with platforms and internal teams to ensure smooth and prompt client onboarding.
  • Coordinate asset transfers by liaising with product providers to minimize delays and ensure precise execution.
  • Keep advisers and associate advisers updated on application status, implementation progress, and outstanding items.
  • Suspend clients access to Xplan Touch, ensuring seamless functionality and user alignment.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly investment reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Xplan and key platforms (e.g., Macquarie, Panorama) to support daily operations.
  • Provide general admin assistance, including document handling, record-keeping, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and behavioural standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Inform the Operations Manager of workflow progress, priorities, and any issues affecting adviser service expectations.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (Financial Planning) or related field.
  • Familiarity with Panorama and Macquarie platforms, and experience with Xplan (preferred).
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with advisers and stakeholders.
  • A fast learner with a flexible, proactive mindset.
