
Senior Financial Service Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Services Manager.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of tailored financial strategies by managing documentation, coordinating account processes, and liaising with platform providers.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lodge all documentation to implement advice (SoAs), including applications, rollovers, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring timely submission.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating with platforms and internal teams to ensure smooth and prompt client onboarding.
- Coordinate asset transfers by liaising with product providers to minimize delays and ensure precise execution.
- Keep advisers and associate advisers updated on application status, implementation progress, and outstanding items.
- Suspend clients access to Xplan Touch, ensuring seamless functionality and user alignment.
- Assist in preparing quarterly investment reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Xplan and key platforms (e.g., Macquarie, Panorama) to support daily operations.
- Provide general admin assistance, including document handling, record-keeping, and compliance with internal standards.
- Adhere to company policies and behavioural standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Inform the Operations Manager of workflow progress, priorities, and any issues affecting adviser service expectations.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in business (Financial Planning) or related field.
- Familiarity with Panorama and Macquarie platforms, and experience with Xplan (preferred).
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with advisers and stakeholders.
- A fast learner with a flexible, proactive mindset.
