Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times by actively supervising and interacting with them.
- Deliver high-quality education and care to our children, ensuring they are educated and cared for to the highest standard.
- Build trusting relationships with each child, interacting with them in a warm and responsive way.
- Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for our children, providing childcare services that comply with national regulations and the National Quality Framework.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room, including small groups.
- Implement the Grow curriculum within the campus, documenting children's learning through the OAC Connect app.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care, supporting and mentoring other team members.
Our early learning campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn, and discover. With three levels of age-specific learning environments, our campuses offer an open and intimate atmosphere, with playgrounds and resources designed to facilitate interactive and engaging experiences for our children.
