These programs are not 'bolted on', they are integrated into everything we do.


The Role


Our Sydney Campuses are seeking full-time early childhood qualified teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience. This opportunity will allow you to work with friendly, supportive and fun teams. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,598 - $100,440 depending on your level and experience.


Our campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover. The learning environments are open and intimate, with playgrounds and resources designed to facilitate the latest and most interactive designs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Planning and implementing the educational program, valuing a holistic view of each child's development
  • Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
  • Assisting with daily room tasks, such as activity preparation and mealtimes
  • Ensuring high quality services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
  • Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance

Requirements of the Role



  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
  • Valid NESA registration (Early Childhood)
  • Minimum two years full-time work experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing the educational program, valuing a holistic view of each child's development
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in teaching practice
  • Valid employee Working with Children Check number
