Job Title

A dynamic and experienced nursing professional is required to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional care to pets in need.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient and client care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively under pressure.

  • Lead a team of nurses, working closely with other team leaders, directors, and managers to maintain a positive culture and high standard of patient care.
  • Maintain effective communication with your team and provide leadership by example.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a busy veterinary clinic or in an emergency/critical care role.
  • Strong technical skills including IV catheter placement, blood sampling, and anaesthesia monitoring.
  • Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient and client care.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.
