We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data systems and reporting development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing tailored digital solutions for key clients, collaborating with team members to enhance the Digital Service offering, and providing Power BI and Reporting support to various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with key clients to understand their needs and deliver bespoke digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement digital strategies and solutions.
  • Provide expert-level Power BI and Reporting support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop advanced analytical reports and dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Design and implement efficient data models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in programming languages such as Python, R Data, MS Visual Studio, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, SSMS, and Azure Platform (Synapse, Machine Learning, Databricks).
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and business improvement approaches.
  • Strong understanding of data interrogation, cleaning, standardization, and conceptual data mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies.
