About this role

The venue is a popular spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, nestled between New Farm park and the Brisbane Powerhouse. As a senior hospitality professional, you'll be responsible for driving team performance, supporting the business development manager, and contributing to the growth of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, motivating team members to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive revenue growth through effective shift management
  • Support and inspire a team of hospitality experts
  • Manage all front-of-house tasks, including inventory control, staff training, and labour forecasting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering great service, with knowledge of drinks, beer, and wine
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
