We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager at a vibrant pub in Queensland.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Support the Publican to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals and mentor them to excel in their roles
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during service hours
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm every shift

Requirements

You must have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service and leading by example.

You must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state law.
