Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Located in the heart of Brisbane, just off the banks of the Brisbane River, we offer exceptional service and create memorable experiences.

A Day in the Life
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers and provide outstanding service to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in hotel operations.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals and mentor them to achieve their full potential.
  • Identify and address any issues promptly to prevent them from escalating into major problems.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve excellent results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations.
