About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Analyst to join our team at 13cabs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all customer billing is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Engage with customers to recover outstanding debts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage all Account Receivable transactions across 13cabs, MTI, Cabcharge, and other subsidiaries.
  • Assist in improving internal controls and ensure all processes and procedures are documented and maintained.
  • Perform internal audit procedures to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of billing and collection processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection and billing reporting to relevant stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in accounting, business, or commerce.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivables function of a large organization.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced finance function.
