The Role- As an early childhood educator, you will work with a team to develop and implement play-based programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Responsibilities include documenting children's learning, development, interest, and abilities, as well as contributing to curriculum development and delivery.
- You will also be expected to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, adhering to Child Safe Standards and National Quality Framework guidelines.
- A Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification recognized by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
- Relevant experience working in children's services, with a demonstrated understanding of Victoria's Child Safe Standards.
- Ability to self-manage work requirements and collaborate effectively with other educators to provide culturally sensitive educational programs.
- Current and valid Working with Children's Check, First Aid Level 2, CPR Certificate, Anaphylaxis Management, and Emergency Asthma Management certificates are required.
