Job Title: Diploma Qualified Child Care Worker

About the Role:

This is a part-time, casual position that requires a diploma qualified educator to work collaboratively with the team to provide a developmental and enriching program for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the team to design and implement an appropriate educational program for children
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community
  • Provide spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning
  • Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standard
  • Be available 5 days a week with flexible hours
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
  • A current Working with Children check or card
  • A current criminal history record check
  • A current first aid qualification, anaphylaxis management training, and emergency asthma training

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time, casual position that requires a rotating roster from Monday to Friday. The hours of work will extend between 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
